Everything you can make yours
TermIQ is not a rigid template. Every proposal can carry your institution’s identity, your language, and the exact structure the deal requires.
Your brand & identity
| Your logo | Upload once. It appears on the letterhead of every proposal you print, and you can change or remove it at any time. |
| Company letterhead | Set your firm’s name and descriptor exactly as they should appear at the top of the proposal. |
| Prepared by | Place the individual rep’s name on each proposal. |
| Quote number | Use a free-form format that follows your internal numbering scheme, deal code, or CRM reference. |
Your proposal, your language
| Executive summary | Start with a smart deal summary, then describe the business challenge the financing solves. Click and type or paste your own language. |
| Equipment details | Capture make, model, year, quantity, condition, vendor, serial numbers, and other transaction details. |
| Financial breakdown | Display amount financed, fees, down payment, frequency, purchase options, and first-payment date. |
| Terms & SLAs | Use your credit team’s language for maintenance, insurance, upgrades, deposits, and end-of-term obligations. |
| Include what matters | Turn proposal sections on or off deal by deal. Reset any section to the smart template in one click. |
| Copy-and-paste ready | Bring in language from a playbook or prior transaction while keeping the output clean and consistent. |
Your deal, your structure
| Deal type | Equipment finance or working capital. |
| Structure | EFA / loan, $1 buyout, 10% PUT, FMV, fixed buyout, or working-capital term loan. Enter FMV as either a percentage of equipment cost or a direct dollar amount. |
| Term & frequency | Any term from 1 to 120 months; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments. |
| Money in & fees | Down payment as a percentage or fixed amount, plus documentation and structuring fees financed or paid upfront. |
| Payment shaping | Interest-only introductions, advance payments, seasonal skip months, and a chosen first-payment date. |
| Payment options A / B / C | Present three terms side by side and choose which one receives the “Recommended” flag. |
Your numbers, your call
| Rate and compensation entry | Enter the base APR plus either the final sell APR, target points, or a target commission amount. One point equals 1% of equipment cost or loan amount, and TermIQ solves the required sell APR. |
| Rate privacy | Only the final customer APR can print, and only when the rep turns it on. Base APR, points, and commission remain internal. |
| Section 179 talking points | Include or remove an estimated tax-savings note based on the customer’s tax rate. |
| Target-payment solver | Enter the payment a customer can support and calculate the approximate equipment budget behind it. |
Saved, private, ready to send
| Saved quotes | Save up to 80 quotes and reopen them with the proposal language and section choices intact. |
| Persistent settings | Logo, letterhead, and proposal language remain available on the rep’s device between sessions. |
| Print & export | Print or save the proposal as a PDF and export the full amortization schedule to CSV. |
| Private by design | Deal calculations happen in the browser. Customer names, pricing inputs, and transaction data are not uploaded. |
