Each subscription grants one (1) named user a single-seat license with one (1) active session at a time. Sharing credentials or license keys, or concurrent use by multiple people, is prohibited and voids the license without refund. Signing in on a new device ends the session on the previous device.
TermIQ is an internal quoting and illustration aid. Calculations are provided as-is and must be verified against your institution's approved rate cards, credit policy, and documentation before any client delivery or commitment. TermIQ does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and is not a system of record.
Quotes are computed in your browser; deal inputs are not transmitted to or stored on TermIQ servers. We store your email address, license key, and session status to operate licensing, and payment details are handled by Stripe. Branding you upload (logo, company name) is stored on your device.
Subscriptions renew automatically ($8.99 monthly or $89 annually) until canceled via your Stripe receipt. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Canceled or lapsed subscriptions deactivate automatically.
TermIQ, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.
TermIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
